I am currently open for commissions and accepting requests for:

I work both traditionally and digitally. If the project is completed traditionally, my client will own the original painting upon completion, as well as a digital download. The client does have the option to request a digital file only and the original remains with the artist.

Please note that I accept commissions on a case-by-case basis and do ask to be allowed considerable creative freedom when working on character designs. I do my best work when I can have fun with the commissions and work directly with the client to create one-of-a kind illustration for personal or commercial use.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE

Non-Exclusive: Client and artist have the right to profit and market the artwork. Rights remain with the artist. + 50% of the total commission cost.

Exclusive: Client has the right to make a profit off of the artwork. Rights remain with the artist. + 100% of the total commission cost.

Full Copyright Transfer/Work for Hire: All rights to the piece now belong to the client. + 200% of the total commission cost.

getting started

Please fill out the form here for a commission request. Before accepting any commissions, I require:

  • A written description of your characters and/or commission idea as well as some images that have inspired you.

  • A Pinterest mood board is extremely helpful for me to get an idea about the color scheme, aesthetic, character poses, or even any fancasts that have inspired you.

Once we agree on the concept and the idea, I shall begin the sketching process at which point, we will determine the associated costs of the commission. For all commercial and personal commissions, a contract is required to protect both parties.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Every commission is unique and will be priced according to its size, detail, and amount of supplies it requires to complete. Some differences may occur between the digital version and the original painting as it is a handmade product.

  • The Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned work. If the Client requires full copyright of the commission, it would cost additional 200% of the commission price.

  • If a client requests a rush order, it would cost additional 25% of the commission price.

  • All client requests for form, function, or design, must be articulated to the Artist prior to work commencing. Once work has commenced on the Illustrations, no further changes can be made. If further changes are requested, the artist may request additional fees.

  • Payment is due upon commencement of the work, excluding shipping and handling. Add 4% to the total for credit card or Paypal payments. Artwork will be shipped upon completion.

  • The Artist reserves the right to suspend or withhold the commencement of the Work if the Client does not respond within seven days of the project window.

  • The Artist agrees to protect the confidentiality of the Client’s proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed to the Artist before the Agreement is signed or afterward.

  • Both parties understand that Client or Artist may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon written or verbal cancellation, the Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by the Artist.
